Unified Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy governs your use of all software applications and games ("Applications") published and operated by ID Games (referred to as "We," "Us," or the "Service Provider") for mobile devices. This includes, but is not limited to, our various games and the "Stocked" list application.

By using any of our Applications, you consent to the processing of your information as described in this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information primarily to provide, maintain, and improve the Applications, and to deliver personalized advertising.

1.1. User Content (Shopping Lists and Data)

For the "Stocked" application, information you enter—such as shopping lists, item names, categories, and custom notes (User Content)—is handled as follows:

• Local Storage: All User Content is stored exclusively locally on your device.
• Developer Access: We do not collect, transmit, store, or access your User Content on our servers or via third-party services. The content of your lists remains private to your device.

1.2. Camera and Media Access

For the "Stocked" application, we may request the following device permissions:

• Camera Access: To allow you to take new photos and attach them directly to your shopping items, or to scan shared QR codes to copy another user's shopping list.
• Media/Storage Access: To allow you to select existing photos from your device’s gallery or media library to attach them to your shopping items.

Important Note: These permissions are used solely for personalizing your list items within the application. The photos taken or selected, and the data obtained from scanned QR codes (which is used to populate a new list on your device), are stored only locally on your device and are never accessed, collected, transmitted, or stored by us.

1.3. Automatically Collected Information (Usage Data)

When you download and use any of our Applications, we automatically collect certain non-personal information ("Usage Data"), which may include:

• Device Information: Your device's Internet Protocol (IP) address, device ID, device type, operating system, and unique device identifiers.
• Usage Details: Pages of the Application visited, time and date of visits, time spent on the Applications, and crash logs.
• Approximate Location: We may collect your device’s approximate geographical location (derived from your IP address) to provide localized content and to optimize third-party services, such as advertising.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the Usage Data we collect for the following purposes:

• To provide and maintain the functionality of the Applications.
• To analyze usage, monitor performance, and improve the overall user experience.
• To deliver and optimize third-party advertising services (as we operate an Ad Supported service).
• To enforce our Terms and Conditions, protect our rights, or respond to legal processes.

Crucially: We do not use, analyze, or access the User Content (shopping lists, items, and photos) stored locally on your device.

3. Sharing Your Information (Third-Party Services)

We will only share your Usage Data with third parties as described in this Privacy Policy.

3.1. Advertising and Analytics

Our Applications use third-party services that may collect information used to identify you and your device for analytics and advertising purposes. These services operate under their own Privacy Policies. The third-party services used by our Applications include:

• Google Play Services: Please refer to Google's Privacy Policy for information on their data handling practices.
• AdMob: For details on how AdMob handles data, please consult the AdMob Help Center.
• Unity Technologies: For games built using the Unity engine, Unity may collect data related to game performance and analytics. Please refer to the Unity Privacy Policy.

These services use Usage Data (including approximate location and device identifiers) for analytics and to display, measure, and optimize advertising performance, which may include personalized ads.

3.2. Legal Requirements

We may disclose User Content and Automatically Collected Information:

• As required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena, or similar legal process.
• When we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request.

4. Data Retention Policy

We, as the Service Provider, do not directly store the Usage Data (such as IP addresses, device IDs, or analytical information) described in Section 1.3. This data is collected and retained by our third-party service providers (e.g., AdMob, Google Play Services, Unity) according to their own data retention policies.

You can stop all collection of information by our Applications easily by uninstalling the Application. If you have specific requests regarding the data retained by our third-party partners, please refer to their respective Privacy Policies for data subject request procedures.

5. Children's Privacy

Some of our Applications, such as "Fruit Explosion," are designated as being suitable for children, including participation in the Google Play "Teacher Approved" program.

For Applications directed at children under the age of 13:

• We rely on our third-party service providers (such as AdMob and Unity) to handle data in compliance with relevant children's privacy regulations (like COPPA), by using Restricted Data Processing or ensuring that only contextual or non-personalized advertising is served.
• We do not directly collect, store, or share any personally identifiable information (PII) from children in any of our Applications.

If a parent or guardian becomes aware that their child has provided us with PII without their consent through a process other than our established third-party services, they should contact us immediately. We will take steps to delete such information from our files immediately.

6. Opt-Out Rights

You can stop all collection of information by our Applications easily by uninstalling the Application. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network. You may also be able to adjust your device settings to limit personalized advertising from third parties.

7. Security

We are concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. We provide physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect the Usage Data we process and maintain.

8. Changes to this Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. We will notify you of any changes to our Privacy Policy by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.
